This is an accessible, friendly and welcoming class where we move gently and mindfully. We’ll explore a variety of yoga postures, practise simple breathwork (pranayama), and use calming relaxation techniques to help you unwind, stretch, and leave feeling more grounded and peaceful.
Each session begins with a short mindfulness practice to help you step away from the busyness of the day and reconnect with your body and breath before we start moving. Mats are provided, but you’re very welcome to bring your own. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely — joggers or leggings with a relaxed top work well (jeans aren’t ideal). Bringing a blanket for the final relaxation can make it extra cosy.
If you have any medical conditions — physical or mental health — please email me privately before attending.
Please note: Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice. Refunds or transfers can’t be offered without this. If you’ve booked using a class package, all four sessions need to be used within four weeks.

This is a very accessible session and is open to anyone age 12 and over.

*Please also note that if you need to cancel a class you need to allow 24 hours notice or you will not be offered a refund or a transfer.

Join me for the absolute best that yoga has to offer - some gentle seated stretches to relieve any tension, some simple guided breathwork to relax and connect with the body, and a guided yoga nidra - a special meditation lying down, it is said that 45 minutes of yoga nidra is as restful as 3 hours sleep.
You will leave feeling fully rested and ready to take on the following week.
Bring a blanket and wear warm and comfortable clothing. Bring an eye mask if you have one.
*If you have any medical conditions - mental or physical health - please email me privately before before attending the class.

This is a gentle, friendly and welcoming yoga class designed for anyone who would like to move at a softer pace. It’s ideal if you’re easing back into movement or recovering from an injury (if so, please just drop me a message beforehand). We’ll explore gentle postures, slow and steady sun salutations, simple breathing techniques, mindfulness practices, and a nourishing relaxation to finish.
Yoga can help improve flexibility, ease tight or aching muscles and joints, and support overall wellbeing. It’s also been shown to reduce stress, lift anxiety, and improve sleep — benefits we could all use. I teach with kindness, patience, and a sprinkle of humour, so expect a light, supportive atmosphere where you can simply be yourself.
If you have any medical conditions — physical or mental health — please email me privately before attending.
Please note: Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice. Without this, refunds or transfers unfortunately can’t be given. Class packages must be used within four weeks.

Join me as the sun rises on the longest day of the year - which this year is a Saturday!
We meet on the beach at 5am and move and breathe in nature as the day begins - a dip in the sea afterwards is optional!
There is nothing quite like the feeling of this session - it really is very special to be around others at this special time of year.
This session is very accessible and you don't need to have done yoga before to come along.
Open to all from age 12 upwards- children will need to be booked into a place too.
This session even goes ahead if it's raining - so come dressed appropriately!
We meet on the beach opposite Bumble and Bee - you will need to bring your own mat.

This session of beach yoga will be in a different location - on the beach close to Sideshore to coincide with the second Paddle Out Protest against the sewage being dumped in our beautiful sea by South West Water. We will be kicking off the day with yoga at 12.30pm, Devon Sauna Hub will be there from 2-6pm in case you'd like to book a session after yoga. Hangtime will have their bar open and there will be music from 3pm. There will be an invitation to gather at 2pm to walk up towards the RNLI for the paddle out event itself.
Event organised by SAS (Surfers Against Sewage) FORE (Friends Of The River Exe) and Transition Exmouth.

Join us as the sun rises on the shortest day of the year - this one is just as special as the summer solstice yoga. We gather on the beach bringing lights, a fire and all our layers!
This is the turning point in the year where the days begin to get longer and we look forward to the return of the light. Also known as Yule, this is a time to celebrate, feast and be together.
So let's move and breathe in nature together with the welcome addition of a fire - sometimes with a dip in the sea afterwards!
Feel free to bring your own lights as when we begin the sun won't be fully up, incense is welcome as long as you dispose of any residue safely afterwards.
We go ahead even if it's raining so please dress in accordance with the British weather!

This is a Women’s Circle. Samhain ( meaning 'summer's end') marks the end of the harvest season and the beginning of the long, dark, winter months. A time to remember our ancestors and listen to the messages they have for us. It's time to listen and tune in to our instincts - what do you need to let go of? When we let go we make space - so what needs to be nurtured within yourself going forward into winter?
An opportunity to really connect inwardly through self reflection/journaling with the help of some breathwork and guided meditation with the opportunity to share with the circle if you wish.
This circle aims to help you have a feeling of completion and letting go alongside a sense of how to move forwards.
You will need to bring a journal and pen/pencil, something to signify an ancestor (item or photo) or something/an event you have let go of and if possible seasonable leaves/flowers/berries for the altar.

As spring begins to unfold, you’re invited to pause and gently mark the shift into a new season. This day retreat offers space to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself as the days grow lighter and the promise of warmer months approaches.
Set in a quiet rural location, the day will include nourishing yoga practices, guided mindfulness, and time for reflective journaling. You’ll be supported to look back over the past few months — noticing what you’re ready to release — and to turn your attention towards what you’d like to welcome into the brighter months ahead. Everything is offered in a calm, friendly, and accessible way, with plenty of time to rest and simply be.
A delicious vegan lunch is included, thoughtfully prepared to nourish and support you throughout the day. There will also be the option to take a peaceful walk during the lunch break, taking in the early signs of spring in the surrounding countryside. This is a day to step away from everyday demands, settle your nervous system, and leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and gently re-energised.
Mats and blocks are available at the venue but please feel free to bring your own. You will also need a blanket, journal, something to write with and a water bottle.
***If you need to cancel please allow a week so I can try to fill your space (quite a task even within a week!) or if you find someone who wants to take your place then let me know ***
