Sunday Chill Out Session

Join me for the absolute best that yoga has to offer - some gentle seated stretches to relieve any tension, some simple guided breathwork to relax and connect with the body, and a guided yoga nidra - a special meditation lying down, it is said that 45 minutes of yoga nidra is as restful as 3 hours sleep.

You will leave feeling fully rested and ready to take on the following week.

Bring a blanket and wear warm and comfortable clothing. Bring an eye mask if you have one.

*Please note that if you need to cancel a class you need to allow 24 hours notice or you will not be offered a refund or a transfer.
