Monday Night Yoga Drop-In

This is an accessible and friendly class.
We will practise some basic postures, try some breathwork (pranayama), use some simple relaxation techniques to help you relax, stretch and feel much calmer.

All sessions begin with a little mindfulness to help you step away from your day and connect with your body and breath before we begin to move.
Mats are provided but you are welcome to bring your own. Please wear comfortable clothes which allow you to move freely - joggers or leggings with a comfortable top is ideal. Jeans are not suitable.

Feel free to bring a blanket for relaxation at the end of the session.

*If you have any medical conditions - mental or physical health - please email me privately before before attending the class.

*Please note - you need to allow 24 hours notice if you need to cancel a class, otherwise a refund or transfer will not be offered.
