As the summer draws to a close and autumn arrives in all her splendor, we use this day to take inspiration from the season to reconnect with our body and breath, reflect on the summer and look forward to getting cosy for the autumn and all it brings.
The day will consist of mindful movement, breathwork, meditation and journaling opportunities. The retreat is set in a beautiful location and there will be an opportunity to take a walk in the luscious green countryside.
This peaceful setting is perfect for retreat; quiet, peaceful and surrounded by trees and fields.
PLEASE NOTE - This retreat is a 'bring a dish' day - something I am trying for the first time. Everyone will need to bring an offering of food to share, there is a kitchen if anything needs to be heated up. Closer to the time I will create a whats app group so we can coordinate this and check in with any allergies. I do ask that all dishes are vegan. I will also bring some food along as well as providing tea, coffee and milk.
