Tuesday Gentle Yoga

This is a gentle, friendly and welcoming yoga class designed for anyone who would like to move at a softer pace. It’s ideal if you’re easing back into movement or recovering from an injury (if so, please just drop me a message beforehand). We’ll explore gentle postures, slow and steady sun salutations, simple breathing techniques, mindfulness practices, and a nourishing relaxation to finish.

Yoga can help improve flexibility, ease tight or aching muscles and joints, and support overall wellbeing. It’s also been shown to reduce stress, lift anxiety, and improve sleep — benefits we could all use. I teach with kindness, patience, and a sprinkle of humour, so expect a light, supportive atmosphere where you can simply be yourself.

Please note: Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice. Without this, refunds or transfers unfortunately can’t be given. Class packages must be used within four weeks.
