This is a gentle class aimed at anyone wanting to take it a little easier or recovering from an injury (please message me first if you are). The class consists of gentle postures, gentle sun salutations, mindfulness, breathing techniques and relaxation.
Yoga helps with flexibility and tight and aching joints and muscles and has been shown to help with stress, insomnia and anxiety and has many benefits for us all.
