Monday Night Yoga Drop-In

This is an accessible, friendly and welcoming class where we move gently and mindfully. We’ll explore a variety of yoga postures, practise simple breathwork (pranayama), and use calming relaxation techniques to help you unwind, stretch, and leave feeling more grounded and peaceful.

Each session begins with a short mindfulness practice to help you step away from the busyness of the day and reconnect with your body and breath before we start moving. Mats are provided, but you’re very welcome to bring your own. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely — joggers or leggings with a relaxed top work well (jeans aren’t ideal). Bringing a blanket for the final relaxation can make it extra cosy.

Please note: Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice. Refunds or transfers can’t be offered without this. If you’ve booked using a class package, all four sessions need to be used within four weeks.
