Kick start your day with an energetic yoga flow, drop into your body and breath and begin your day feeling great.
What to expect:
-a more dynamic form of yoga flowing through postures with some held postures to stretch and strengthen.
-a steady start which builds to a higher energy then winds back down towards the end of the session.
-a short pause at the end of the session to relax the body.
