Join me for some mindful yoga which includes movement, breathwork and mindfulness.
This is a fairly accessible class, some previous experience would be helpful but not essential.
We are a kind and friendly group and everyone is welcome.
Mats are provided but you are welcome to bring your own.
You will need to wear comfortable clothes - leggings or joggers, a comfy T-shirt and maybe a jumper. Jeans are not suitable.
If it is cold bring warm socks and a blanket for relaxation at the end of the session.
