In-person and online yoga and mindfulness
A yoga nidra to help with a good night's sleep. Yoga Nidras have been shown to be incredibly restful and restorative, it is said that 45 minutes of yoga nidra is equivalent to 3 hours of sleep!
Make sure you are warm and comfortable and lying down - on your back is preferable but do lie on your side if necessary. Use blankets, pillows, eye-pillows and whatever else is needed to make sure you can rest.
