Hatha Yoga 7

A slightly more dynamic practice. You will need a yoga block or a cushion for this class.

We begin with some stillness lying down and then into some gentle movement here.

We take several standing postures including chair pose, triangle and warrior postures.

Returning to the ground we take gate posture, wide leg forward fold as well as some twists.
