Hatha Yoga 6

Some great hip stretches including a moon salutation. You will need a yoga belt for this class if you have one - if not then a scarf, belt or even a jumper is suitable.

This class is a little more challenging.

We begin lying down with some twists and stretches then moving to some seated twists and lifts.

A yoga block may help with squat if you have one.
