In-person and online yoga and mindfulness
For this class you will need:
-a yoga mat
-a yoga block (optional)
-a yoga belt (optional)
This session begins with some seated stillness and then moves into some gentle head, shoulder and arm movements.
We then take a seated twist and a forward fold.
The session also includes hare pose and downward dog and the standing pose is wide leg forward fold.
It ends with supine cobbler pose.
