Gentle Yoga 4

What you need for this session:

-yoga mat

-yoga block (optional)

-yoga belt (optional)

This session begins with some gentle stretches whilst lying down followed by a supine twist. Then from a seated position we take some circles with the head, shoulders and spine.

With legs out straight we take a forward fold then move to all all fours and into downward dog.

The standing postures involve some side stretches and forward folds and then we move into some low lunges.

We end by gently moving in and out of bridge and then raising the legs with or with a block to lift the lower back.
