Gentle Yoga 3

A gentle class all seated or lying down. You will need a yoga belt for this class but if you don't have one then a scarf or even a jumper is suitable.

This is an accessible class which includes some hamstring and hip stretches.

We also take some seated twists and stretches and some gentle glute stretches from a lying down position.
