Flow Yoga 7

A short flow with some held postures as well as some flow.

The class begins with some gentle warm up movements for the upper body. We take gate and lunge postures so grab a blanket if you need one under your knee.

Standing postures include goddess and wide leg forward fold.

This class includes pigeon pose. It ends with a supine twist.
