Step into the freshness of Spring with a nourishing day of yoga, meditation and mindful connection. As the earth reawakens, this retreat invites you to release the heaviness of winter and open to lightness, vitality and new beginnings.

Our day together will include:

-Grounding yoga to gently reconnect to body and mind

-Guided breathwork and meditation to clear stagnant energy and invite renewal

-Mindful journaling and reflection to set intentions for the year ahead

-A delicious plant based lunch
